We recommend registering early for this conference as it sells out each year.  We also recommend that you have hotel/accommodations in place BEFORE registering for the conference as cancellation fees are applicable once an attendee is registered.​

Please Note: Group Rate is Reserved for Conference Attendees only.  The discounted room rate may not be honored if booked for someone not attending the conference.

Deluxe Garden $560++

Ocean View: $585++

Deluxe Ocean View: $630++

There is a $100 per person plus tax per night charge for more than 2 persons in any room (with a maximum of 4 persons per room).  No charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding.  In the Napua Tower, there is a $150.00 per person/per night charge for additional adults in rooms (with a maximum of 3 adults per room).

 

2 nights room, resort charge, and applicable taxes charged at booking.

General excise tax rate 4.712% and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 13.25% (subject to change without notice).  Daily Resort Charge:  Discounted rate of $35.00 per room per night, plus applicable state and local tax and hotel occupancy tax.  

 

In addition to the negotiate group room rates set forth in this Agreement, service fees will be posted to the individual Guest Room Portfolio.  These service fees are subject to change without notice and are taxable at the general excise tax rate.  Currently the service fees are as follows and are subject to change without notice:

 

Porterage: Porterage is a mandatory guest charge and is applicable to each guest occupying a room:

$13.50 per person, per room for check-in and check-out service.  Golf Bag Porterage $3.00 per bag, roundtrip

Room Attendant: Room attendant change is mandatory and will be applicable to each room in the block:

Room Attendant: $3.00 per room, per day    

Room Attendant Suite: $6.00 per suite, per day

 

Parking Charges:

Valet Parking, Day Use only: $10.00 to $65.00 per car, per day

Valet Parking, Overnight: $65 per car, per night
