Conference Registration Fees

We recommend having hotel/accommodations in place BEFORE registering for the conference, as cancellation fees are applicable once an attendee is registered.

*** Conference Cancellation Policy: All refunds must be submitted in writing and addressed to NCUMA.  Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the conference to receive a refund less any cancellation fee.  From any refund of registration fees, a $95.00 fee will be deducted for each cancellation.  Cancellations must be received  30 days before the first day of the conference to re

ceive a refund (less cancellation fee) or credit for a future conference.  Credits for future conferences can be used by any attendee from your credit union.  If cancellations are received after 30 days prior to the first day of the conference, no credits can be issued for future conference and no refunds will be issued.  You may, however, opt to transfer conference registration payment over to another attendee for attendance at this NCUMA Conference.   Registration cannot be transferred to another attendee after the first day of the Conference. **Please note that there are NO Exceptions that can be made to this policy.** When either a Participant or a Non-Participant cancels, each party shall be subject to the cancellation fee penalty. You are responsible for the cancellation of hotel or travel arrangements if necessary! Please note: Hotel fees may be refunded to individuals in the event of cancellation due to special circumstances. However, this does not negate NCUMA's 30-Day Conference Registration Cancellation Policy, as NCUMA is already financially committed to conference registration 30 days before the conference.
