If you find a room is unavailable at the outlined group rate, please narrow your search to the official conference dates.  If the room type remains unavailable, email Hotel Room Needed to request more rooms be added in the system.

NCUMA Booking Policy

Group hotel rates are deeply discounted and available only to registered conference attendees.
One (1) room may be booked per attendee.

Group rates may not be used as a family or friends discount. Reservations made for individuals who are not attending the conference may result in the discounted rate not being honored.  If you would like to request a second room for a guest, please email Summer Leisure Room Request. The guest may be placed on a waiting list and will be notified within 30 days of the conference if a room becomes available at the group discounted rate.​​
