Alternate Lodging Options

• "Ocean Place" condos are our first recommendation -these condos are located just next to The Ritz.  

• "Amelia Surf and Racquet Club" is another walkable option. These condos can be booked via several sites such  Summer Beach Condos   or VRBO type websites.  They are used every year by our attendees as a great lodging option.

• The Omni Resort  (3.5 miles) - This is another great option. 

• Elizabeth Point Amelia Island Bed & Breakfast (5.3 miles)  - A hidden gem!

• Residence Inn 

• Hampton Inn

• Courtyard 

• SpringHill Suites 

• Hampton Inn and Suites

While there is no discounted booking code for the alternate lodging options listed above, these properties are popular overflow choices among attendees..

 

NCUMA Booking Policy​

Group hotel rates are deeply discounted and available only to registered conference attendees.
One (1) room may be booked per attendee.

Group rates may not be used as a family/friend's discount. Reservations made for individuals who are not attending the conference may result in the discounted rate not being honored.

If you would like to request a second room for a guest, please email Spring Leisure Room Request. The guest may be placed on a waiting list and will be notified within 30 days of the conference if a room becomes available at the group discounted rate.

Resort Booking Policy

Room Rates shown do not include prevailing Room Tax Per Night (currently 12%), Discounted $30++ per day Resort Activity Package, or $40++ per day Valet Parking (if required).  Total charges presented on the website should include all room fees and taxes.

Resort Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled within seven days of arrival will be charged both the first and last night's room and tax.  Guests who neither arrive nor cancel reservations will be charged room and tax for the duration of the confirmed stay.  Guests departing before their confirmed departure will be charged room and tax for all remaining nights of the reservation.  Please refer to hotel cancellation policy offered by hotel at time of reservation.
