If you find a room is unavailable at the outlined group rate, please narrow your search to the official conference dates. If the room type remains unavailable, email Hotel Rooms Needed to be added to the hotel waiting list.

Please note that if a room type is marked SOLD OUT!, no additional rooms will be provided by the hotel. However, should a cancellation occur, that room type may become available again.

NCUMA Booking Policy​

Group hotel rates are deeply discounted and available only to registered conference attendees.
One (1) room may be booked per attendee.

Group rates may not be used as a family or friends discount. Reservations made for individuals who are not attending the conference may result in the discounted rate not being honored.

If you would like to request a second room for a guest, please email Hawaii Leisure Room Request. The guest may be placed on a waiting list and will be notified within 30 days of the conference if a room becomes available at the group discounted rate.

Self-Parking is waived for NCUMA Fairmont Hotel Guests

Valet Parking is $45++

2 Night's Deposit Required

Room rates based on single or double occupancy.  Each additional person sharing a room will be charged an additional $75.00++ per night, beginning with the third adult.  There will be no charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents.  Max Occupancy (4) adults or (2) adults and (2) children per room.  A $75++ per rollaway fee applies.  This fee will be waived if guest is paying additional for third or fourth adult.  The maximum number of rollaway per room or suite is (1).  Rooms with two queen beds are unable to accommodate a rollaway. For all connecting room guarantees there is a $75++ fee, per day.

Fairmont Gold Room Occupancy Policy: Room rate is based on single or double occupancy.  Additional adults insure a $150++ per person per night and $75++ per person, per night applying to children age 6-17.

Resort  Cancellation Policy​

30 days prior to arrival full refund.  Within 30 days of arrival individual is responsible for 100% of the reservation in its entirety.  Please refer to hotel cancellation policy offered by hotel at time of reservation.
