NCUMA Booking Policy
Group hotel rates are deeply discounted and available only to registered conference attendees.
One (1) room may be booked per attendee.
Group rates may not be used as a family or friends discount. Reservations made for individuals who are not attending the conference may result in the discounted rate not being honored.
If you would like to request a second room for a guest, please email Fall Leisure Room Request. The guest may be placed on a waiting list and will be notified within 30 days of the conference if a room becomes available at the group discounted rate.

Parking:
Overnight Self Parking - $39 CAD per day, unlimited access to( registered hotel guests)
Overnight Valet Parking - $59 CAD per day, unlimited access to (registered hotel guests)
Electric Vehicles - Complimentary charging and self-parking, unlimited access
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted in the hotel at a fee of $50 CAD per day per room, up to a maximum of $100 CAD per day/maximum of two (2) pets per room. Rules apply. Please contact hotel directly for more info.
Non-smoking property. If violated - hotel will access damages to the individual.
Resort Cancellation Policy
30 day prior to individual’s reservation arrival, a non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges will be applied to the individuals credit card.
