NCUMA Booking Policy​

Group hotel rates are deeply discounted and available only to registered conference attendees.
One (1) room may be booked per attendee.

Group rates may not be used as a family or friends discount. Reservations made for individuals who are not attending the conference may result in the discounted rate not being honored.

If you would like to request a second room for a guest, please email Fall Leisure Room Request. The guest may be placed on a waiting list and will be notified within 30 days of the conference if a room becomes available at the group discounted rate.​
