NCUMA Booking Policy
Group hotel rates are deeply discounted and available only to registered conference attendees.
One (1) room may be booked per attendee.
Group rates may not be used as a family or friends discount. Reservations made for individuals who are not attending the conference may result in the discounted rate not being honored. If you would like to request a second room for a guest, please email Summer Leisure Room Request. The guest may be placed on a waiting list and will be notified within 30 days of the conference if a room becomes available at the group discounted rate.
Resort Booking Policy
Room rates quoted are single or double occupancy and are subject to applicable tax per night (13% at the time of publication and subject to change). In addition, a service charge will be applied to each room per night (11% at the time of publication and subject to change). Additionally, a discounted resort fee per night: $40 (Value $75). Please note that $75 will show on your hotel confirmation but will be adjusted at check-out.
Extra adult charge after two people is $25.00 per person plus tax and service charge per day. Under 18 will not be charged an additional amount. Maximum occupancy is four people per room. Bedding types are available on a request basis only. The hotel makes every effort to provide guests with their requested bed type; however, they are not guaranteed until check-in.
Resort Cancellation Policy
30 Days or more prior to arrival: full refund
29-15 days prior to arrival: 1-night deposit
14 days or less prior to arrival: Entire stay will be charged (no exceptions)
