Please Note: Group Rate is Reserved for Conference Attendees only. If conference sells out and a group rate guest room is booked for someone not attending the conference, the discounted room rate may not be honored.

If you need to cancel your hotel room, please do so by contacting NCUMA so that we can transfer your room to another NCUMA attendee on our waiting list for rooms.​

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS:
Fairmont category has a total maximum occupancy of two (2) persons. When sharing a room over and above double occupancy, each extra adult (18+ years) will be charged an additional $50.00 CAD for Deluxe, Gatehouse, Studio, Junior Suite, Gatehouse Suite, One Bedroom Suite, and Summit Two Bedroom Suite categories, per night, plus applicable surcharges and/or taxes. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 17 years who share with their parents. This charge may change from time to time without notice.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Hotel will charge a mandatory additional $16.00 CAD, per person, plus applicable taxes, daily Surcharge that is not included in applicable room rates. This daily Surcharge covers porterage, business centre access, wireless guest room internet, fitness centre access, complimentary PressReader (online access to international newspapers and magazines) and select resort activities. Hotel retains all of this daily fee and do not distribute any portion of it as wages, a tip or gratuity to Hotel staff. If attendees wish to provide a tip or gratuity to the Hotel’s staff, please feel free to do so. Hotel will post the daily surcharge, plus applicable taxes, to individual guest’s reservation. This surcharge may change from time to time without notice. A group surcharge may also apply to this rate.
