Please Note: Group Rate is Reserved for Conference Attendees only.  If the conference sells out and a group rate guest room is booked for someone not attending the conference, the discounted room rate may not be honored.

Required Reservation Deposit: 2 nights' room, tax, resort fee at the time of reservation. 

Baha Mar Resort Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be canceled without hotel penalty up to 7 days in advance of arrival.  After that, there will be a forfeiture of the two night deposit.  Guest must call by 5:00 PM EST, 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, to cancel the reservations to avoid being charged two (2) nights' room and tax by the hotel.   

Early Departure Fee & No Show:  One night's room and tax. Departure dates are confirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is complete.  No Shows will be charged 2 nights deposit.

Please note: Hotel fees may be refunded to individuals in the event of cancellation. However, this does not negate NCUMA's 30-Day Conference Registration Cancellation Policy, as NCUMA is already financially committed to conference registration 30 days before the conference.
