Hotel Cancellation Policy: 30 Days prior to program arrival (July 30, 2024) ANY reservation cancellations made after this date, No Shows, and/or Early Departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges and will be billed to the credit card on file of the individual’s guest reservation, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken will be retained by the hotel. 

 

Additional Room Occupants:

Maximum occupancy is 4 persons per room.  When sharing a room over and above double occupancy, each extra adult (18+ years) will be charged an additional $50.00 CAD per night for regular room categories/suites and an additional $75.00 CAD per night for all Fairmont Gold room categories/suites, plus applicable surcharges and/or taxes. For all regular room categories/suites, there will be no charge for children who share with their parents up to and including the age of 17 years. For all Fairmont Gold room categories/suites, each extra child who share with their parents (ages 6 to 17 years) wil be charged an additional $35.00 CAD, per night, plus applicable surcharges and/or taxes, and there will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 5 years. These charges may change from time to time without notice.
