Tansley brings with her more than 20 years of credit union leadership experience, including roles in research, sales, service, and government relations to Canvas. Just prior to coming on board, Tansley served as Chief Impact Officer at Filene Research Institute where she played a pivotal role in building bridges between credit unions, academia, and Silicon Valley. Her work has ensured that even more institutions engage with Filene’s credit union-focused, action-ready research. Tansley has been a pivotal addition in every community she serves, activating the credit union movement with grace, and as always, a smile.
Prior to her tenure at Filene, Tansley served as AVP of Corporate Strategy & Government Relations at Bethpage Federal Credit Union in NY, helping to shape and execute strategy in an ever-changing legislative landscape. She was VP of Sales & Service at both Connex Credit Union and BestSource Credit Union for a combined 13 years where she honed her ability to lead marketing, sales, and business development initiatives along all frontline, member-facing channels.

Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. is a nationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making the arcana and minutia of economics fun, relevant and educational. He holds a B.A. in economics with first class honors from McGill University, as well as a Masters and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg, formerly a Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C., is a frequent speaker on topics including: economic forecasts, economic impact of homebuilding, consequences of government regulation, cost-benefit analysis, prudential use of financial derivatives, strategic business development and other current economic issues. He is the creator of the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments), the author of more than seventy articles and serves on the Editorial Board of the Encyclopedia of Housing. He has spoken to hundreds of business groups and associations, frequently as keynote speaker, and is a frequent guest lecturer on college campuses. Dr. Eisenberg has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation. His research and opinions have been featured in Bloomberg, Business Week, Forbes, Fortune, and many other publications. He is regularly featured guest on several talk radio shows, is often seen on television and authors a daily 70 word commentary on the economy.
His interests include keeping the rate of restoration of his 60 year old house ahead of the rate of deterioration and doting on his daughter. He loves ice hockey and talking economics with crowds large and small!

E. Andrew Keeney (Andy) is a nationally recognized retired credit union attorney who has been assisting, consulting and representing credit unions for over 45 years. He is extremely knowledgeable in many issues confronting credit unions and the credit union industry. He was a finalist in the considerations for appointment to the NCUA Board. He is a retired Member of Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. and was until he retired, the Co-Chairman of the firms Credit Union Industry Team. Earlier in his career Andy served as the in-house Legal Counsel to State Department FCU and thereafter served as the in-house General Counsel to PenFed. He has assisted many credit unions, leagues, associations and even NCUA in a variety of credit union matters.. He is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of credit union topics and a featured contributor to many credit union publications, including Credit Union Times, CUES, and CU Management and received rave reviews when previously presenting for NCUMA.
