Conference Registration Fees

Early Bird Participant Registration Fee: $1,135.00 per person
 From 11/01/2019 to 04/11/2020
Early Bird Participant Fee includes all sessions, speaker materials, welcome reception (cash bar at reception), scheduled meals and coffee breaks. Fee increases to $1205 as of 4/11/2020.

Early Bird Guest Registration Fee: $279.00 per person
 From 11/01/2019 to 04/11/2020
Early Bird Guest Fee includes welcome reception (cash bar at reception) and all scheduled meals. Fee increases $299 as of 4/11/2020.

Terms & Conditions

*** Conference Cancellation Policy: All refunds must be submitted in writing and addressed to NCUMA. From any refund of registration fees, $35.00 will be deducted for each cancellation received 60 days or more prior to the 1st day of the meeting; $50.00 will be deducted from each cancellation received between the 30th and the 60th day. No refunds will be made after April 23, 2020, which is 30 days from the first day of the meeting. You may, however, opt to transfer conference registration payment over to another attendee for attendance at the 2020 Annual Spring Conference. Registration cannot be transferred to another attendee after the first day of the Spring Conference. **Please note that there are No Exceptions that can be made to this policy.** When either a Participant or a Non-Participant cancels, each party shall be subject to the cancellation penalty. You are responsible for cancellation of hotel or travel arrangements if necessary!

Hotel Terms & Conditions
Group rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11%) in effect at the time of check-in.  Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in. A discounted resort fee of $18 per day will be added to room rate and includes fitness class, bikes, tennis, golf range and more!  The Resort fee is not optional.
