Early Bird Participant Registration Fee: $1,199.00 per person
Early Bird Participant Fee includes all sessions, speaker materials, welcome reception (cash bar), scheduled meals and coffee breaks.

Early Bird Discount ends as of 7/6/2021 and fee increases to $1299.00.

Early Bird Guest Registration Fee: $279.00 per person

*** Conference Cancellation Policy: All refunds must be submitted in writing and addressed to NCUMA.  Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the conference to receive a refund less any cancellation fee.  From any refund of registration fees paid by credit card, a $45.00 fee will be deducted for each cancellation.  Cancellations must be received  30 days before the  first day of the conference to receive a credit for a future conference.  Credits for future conferences can be used by any attendee from your credit union.  If cancellations are received after 30 days prior to the first day of the conference, no credits can be issued for future conference and no refunds will be issued.  You may, however, opt to transfer conference registration payment over to another attendee for attendance at this NCUMA Conference.   Registration cannot be transferred to another attendee after the first day of the Conference. **Please note that there are No Exceptions that can be made to this policy.** When either a Participant or a Non-Participant cancels, each party shall be subject to the cancellation penalty. You are responsible for cancellation of hotel or travel arrangements if necessary! 

  • Hotel discounted rates are subject to applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes, fees.  At time of group booking, State of Hawaii Tax is 4% and hotel occupancy tax rate is 10.25%.  These tax rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Rates are based on single/double occupancy.  Additional per person charge is $50.00 plus tax, per night.  No charge for children ages 18 and under sharing with parents using existing bed space.  Maximum four person per guest room

  • Check in time is 4pm

  • Check out time is 12 pm

  • Discounted daily resort charge of $10 plus tax per night.
