Updated Meeting Procedures

for Covid 19 Preparations

  • Wrist Bands: Color coded-contact bands will be provided to each attendee and registered guest.  These color contact bands will communicate to others your particular communication comfort level.  For example, if you are wearing a red band, this will let other attendees know, you do not want to have any social interaction during the conference.  You are there to come in, learn, and leave.  Blue bands will communicate that you are comfortable with social interaction at 6ft distance from other attendees.   Green bands will communicate that you are comfortable with social contact without specific boundaries.  We feel like this process will be super helpful in navigating your particular comfort during our meetings.


  • Daily temperature checks


  • Seating -You will have your very own table for the entire time.  Spaced away from other tables. 


  • Masks: required to enter the meeting room.  Masks can be removed during the session while you are at your own seat, but attendees must re-mask if up and walking around.  Masks are also being provided to all attendees and guests by our sponsor OM Financial.  


  • Presentation Materials will be emailed to attendees rather than printed out at each seat.   


These are just a few of the many procedures we will be putting into place.
