Please Note: Group Rate is Reserved for Conference Attendees only.  If conference sells out and a group rate guest room is booked for someone not attending the conference, the discounted room rate may not be honored.

Room rates quoted are single or double occupancy and are subject to applicable tax (13% at time of posting and subject to change without notice) in effect at the time of check-out.  In addition, a service charge will be applied to each room (11% at time of posting and subject to change without notice). 

 

Extra adult charge after two persons is $25.00 per person plus tax and service charge per day. Under 18 years old there will be no charge. Additional charge with a maximum occupancy of four people per room.  Bedding types and connecting rooms are on request basis only and additional charges may apply. The hotel makes every effort to provide guests with their requested bed type, however they are not guaranteed until check in. 

 

Resort Charge:

$25 discounted resort charge per room/ per day plus tax, added to the room rate. (Reduced from $65 for NCUMA attendees). Additional Charges may apply.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy is as follows:

30 days or more prior to arrival: full refund 

29 - 15 days prior to arrival: 1-night deposit

14 days or less prior to arrival: guest will be charged for the entire stay
