Justin Anderson
Senior Attorney

Credit union and financial services law professional with 11+ years of expertise as a regulatory and litigation attorney. Broad knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations related to consumer protection, financial services regulation, the Freedom of Information Act, and federal administrative procedures. Extensive experience interacting with other federal agencies, drafting regulations and legal opinions, analyzing complex areas of law and policy, managing outside counsel, and leading agency staff. Consistently recognized by agency officials for outstanding job performance and the ability to manage a large workload consisting of multiple complex assignments.practices, and advancing leadership presence and execution so that individuals, teams, and organizations can access untapped potential. She contributes to advancing leadership through frequent speaking engagements, articles, and blogs.
Deedee has a master’s degree in organizational development, a Ph.D. in human development, a master’s level in somatic coaching, and a PCC in coaching from the International Coaching Federation.

Bruce Smith

With over three decades of experience in financial services, Bruce specializes in developing Supplemental Executive Retirement Programs for credit unions, non-profits and their executives. Bruce prides himself on his radical responsiveness and exceptional service, and works with an experienced team of estate, business, investment, and retirement planners to address the unique needs of each client.
Based in Syosset, NY, Bruce’s background includes working as Managing Director of Archery Capital, a New York-based investment and venture capital firm, Senior Internet Analyst at Jefferies & Company and Merrill Lynch, and Senior Technology Analyst at Morgan Stanley Asset Management. Bruce has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, magna cum laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Tim Neiman

Tim Neiman is the CEO/Visionary of Dynamic Edge, Inc. For 22 years, he has led the company’s strategy and operations, evolving from a traditional, local “break/fix shop” into a leading Managed Services Provider with clients nationwide. Tim earned an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Organizational Management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. In his free time, Tim is an experienced Ironman triathlete, “Favorite Uncle” to his nine nieces and nephews, and avid traveler with his husband, Casey.

Mike Robins

Mike Robins is the COO/Integrator of Dynamic Edge, Inc. He offers 25 years’ experience in technology, having served as both an internal Director of Information Technology and external Consultant to small and large financial institutions. Mike earned an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Information Technology and Human Resources. He holds numerous technical certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundations. He speaks frequently at credit union conferences and board meetings.

Dr. Ed Seifried
Professor of Economics
Organization: Lafayette College
Dr. Seifried is Professor of Economics and Business at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. He is the Chief Economist for BNK Advisory Group, a community bank investment firm. He received his doctorate in economics and business from West Virginia University.
In addition to his course schedule at Lafayette College, he is also a faculty member of numerous banking schools including: Stonier Graduate School of Banking, School of Banking of the South, Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. He serves as the dean of the Virginia and West Virginia Banking Schools.
He frequently appears as a guest speaker at regional and national conferences. He has delivered over 2000 presentation to various groups both in the United States and abroad. He acts as a consultant to the credit union industry, and is well known as a speaker at credit union customer events and as a strategic planner. Dr Seifried authored the book “The Art of Strategic Planning for Community Banks.” Dr. Seifried has also served as a director of a community bank.
Dr. Seifried has traveled extensively in the former Soviet Bloc countries where he served as an advisor and consultant to the newly privatized commercial banks.

Mike has been with Fiserv since 1992 holding leadership roles in Client Support, Implementation, Professional Services, Portfolio Management and Product Management.
