Marisa Di Natale is a senior director at Moody's Analytics and Global Head of Forecasting. Ms. Di Natale’s areas of specialization include international economics and forecasting, U.S. regional economics, and labor economics. Before joining Moody’s Analytics in 2004, she was an economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington DC, where she was an economist in the office of Current Employment Analysis. Ms. Di Natale received a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Boston University.

Mike Robins is the COO/Integrator of Dynamic Edge, Inc. He offers 25 years’ experience in technology, having served as both an internal Director of Information Technology and external Consultant to small and large companies. Mike earned an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Information Technology and Human Resources. Away from the office, Mike spends as much time as possible with his wife Sara and his kids, Maddie and Sam. He is an avid runner, reader, and fan of classic movies.
Peter Duffy is a Managing Director at Piper Sandler in New York City. Duffy works with credit union nationwide on competitive analysis, board meetings, balance sheet strategy, mergers, loan sales and fintech partnerships. Duffy is the former Chairman of the Credit Union Executive Society Financial Suppliers Advisory Committee and has been a frequent speaker at credit union and bank conferences since 1996, including the November 2006 AEI Panel on the CU Charter. Duffy has worked with credit unions and banks since 1993, has written a monthly column for C.U.E.S. and has been published in C.U. Times and C.U. Journal discussing issues such as competitiveness, merger, economy of scale, capital, secondary capital and balance sheet strategy. Prior to Sandler O'Neill, Peter Duffy spent 11 years at the Procter and Gamble Company in sales and sales management where he was involved in many test market initiatives for the company. Duffy was also a Sales Manager for Sealy Mattress and National Foods. Most recently, he spent 10 years at First Empire Securities and a year and a half at KBW both in New York.
Duffy is a 1977 graduate of Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas where he earned a B.A. in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing. Duffy is a 1973 graduate of Plano High School. Peter Duffy lives in New York, has coached youth sports for over 30 years and fly fishes whenever he can.
Deedee is known for being a thought and practice leader in transformative change and organizational evolution for people and organizations. Her work with boards, executive teams, and staff inspire organizations to adopt evolutionary yet pragmatic communication and behavioral practices that add sustainable and intrinsic value. She is a catalyst for organizational structures that leverage people value. practices, and advancing leadership presence and execution so that individuals, teams, and organizations can access untapped potential. She contributes to advancing leadership through frequent speaking engagements, articles, and blogs.
Deedee has a master’s degree in organizational development, a Ph.D. in human development, a master’s level in somatic coaching, and a PCC in coaching from the International Coaching Federation.

Sam is Associate Vice President of Analytics at Callahan, where he leads a team of analysts and contributes to the company’s market share guides and white papers, state performance reports, and the Graphic of the Week at CreditUnions.com. Sam’s keen focus on mortgage data and markets makes him a go-to resource for real estate lending trends and forecasts.
Before joining Callahan, Sam worked as an investment banking analyst for Quarton Partners, where he worked across a variety of industries including automotive, consumer, distribution, and packaging. At Quarton he helped execute numerous investment banking assignments, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other strategic advisory assignments. Sam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Emory University.
