Participant Fee: $995 USD. Participant Registration fee includes all sessions, speaker materials, scheduled meals.

Non-Participants Fee (ages 12 and over): $195 USD. Non-Participant or Spouse Registration fee includes scheduled meals and welcome reception.

Child Registration Fee (ages 3-12): $175 USD. Child fee includes scheduled meals and scheduled events.
