"A Baker's Dozen...13 Ideas That Credit Union Leaders Need To Get Their Head Around."

Let's discuss (at least) 13 big ideas. Our credit union movement is at an inflection point. We need to be more strategic, creative, innovative and progressive-minded than ever before. This is a "meaty" session with many HMMMMM moments. Let's be even better in the next 100 years. It is our time

About Patrick Adams:

Patrick loves to have fun. Credit unions long ago stopped being a vocation and became an avocation. Based on your mood, Patrick can either be motivating or aggravating. He provokes thought and makes you think extra hard about those issues that should be on a credit union’s radar screen. Patrick has devoted 30 years to the credit union movement and served as executive vice president of St. Louis Community Credit Union for twenty-one years. Patrick was recently appointed President of St. Louis Community Credit Union. He assumed his position in January, 2008.

Patrick has never met a paradigm he wouldn’t like to change. He helps audiences question the “because-we’ve-always-done-it-that-way” mentality and develop real-world solutions. He emphasizes the importance of service and quality in serving members through all delivery systems, and challenges audiences to accept and adapt to change…no matter how painful the process. He is high-energy and his presentations are continually updated.
