The city of Calgary transforms for 10 days into a western wonderland of cowboy culture and untold fun.   "The Stampede,"Canada's most popular tourist attraction, is known as "the greatest outdoor show on earth" featuring rodeos, chuckwagan races, concerts, and novelty attractions.

On July 2, prior to the "Calgary Stampede's Opening Day," NCUMA will offer a full day of education and touring. You will be transported to the breathtaking Banff National Park and Lake Louise situated in the heart of the majestic Canadian Rocky Mountains. This area is truly one of the most beautiful locations in the world We'll stop over for lunch and a session with Mark Mayfield entitled "Momma Told Me There'd Be Days Like This."  This session will be entertaining for both Participants and Non-Participants and is included with your registration fee.

We've chosen these particular conference dates so you will have the opportunity to be "front and center" on Opening Day of The Stampede, Friday, July 3! Opening day kicks off right in front of the Hyatt Regency with Parade Day offering over 160 entries with intricate floats, marching bands, western riders, and more.  

Following the parade, you'll have the opportunity to purchase group discount tickets to "The Stampede."  This ticket not only includes access to the park, but also prime seating for the very first Chuchwagon and Grandstand show for 2009.
